PREPARING FOR ISO 9001:2000: PREPARING FOR ISO 9001: 2000 IMPLEMENTATION IN-HOUSE TRAINING COURSE

Course Background	An introductory course designed as a foundation for those seeking to begin the process of compliance with ISO 9001:2000 or other ISO-based quality systems. Participants are introduced to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, including a discussion of when compliance or registration is required or desirable, and how to document and implement a quality system.
Participants	Manufacturing, quality, customer satisfaction, production, R&D, engineering, and others planning for the changes.
Work Design	A combination of group and individual work with the practical application of knowledge gained during the workshop.
Objectives	Upon completion of this Course, delegates will be able to: Structure their system to suit their organisation’s needs. View the ISO 9001: 2000 Standard from a procedural standpoint. Produce flowcharts.
Topics	A series of 8 modules involving the systematic participation of your project team for ISO 9000 certification.
Prework	None Required
Pre- requisites	Familiarity with ISO 9000 or similar quality management system model is recommended.
